Information handled by the website

The questionnaire asks for company name, annual revenue range, your role in business decisions, preferred start timeline, name, email address, and an optional note. Submitting sends these answers to the Systemize TX CRM hosted on Fly.io so we can respond to your inquiry. It also sends campaign tags, available Meta click and cookie identifiers, the landing page address, and an event identifier for advertising attribution. After the CRM confirms the save, Cal.com opens with your name and email used to prefill the booking form.

If you complete a booking, the scheduling provider processes the information you submit, including contact details, meeting time, time zone, and any additional booking answers. We can receive the appointment and contact details to arrange and respond to your inquiry. Hosting and embedded services may also process your IP address, browser and device information, requested URLs, timestamps, and technical logs.

How information is used and shared

Information is used to operate the website, save and respond to business inquiries, schedule and manage meetings, understand advertising performance, and troubleshoot technical issues. Vercel provides website hosting. Fly.io hosts our CRM. Cal.com provides scheduling. Meta receives activity information through the Meta Pixel and may receive conversion information from our CRM through the Conversions API. If a Vidalytics video is configured, its player may receive device, connection, and viewing information when loaded.

These providers process information under their own terms and policies and may process it outside your country. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims. Submitting this questionnaire does not give consent to promotional calls or text messages.
